1. Overview
Welcome to NXT ENTERTAINMENT. These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by us, including premium DJ and entertainment services for private and corporate events.
By securing a booking or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Services
NXT ENTERTAINMENT provides high-quality DJ and entertainment services tailored to curated experiences, including:

• Weddings and luxury receptions

• Private celebrations and milestone events

• Corporate functions and branded experiences

• Lounge, club, and nightlife entertainment

• Select outdoor events (where suitable conditions apply)

All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation.
3. Booking Confirmation & Retainer

• A booking is only considered confirmed once a retainer (deposit) has been received.

• The retainer secures your date exclusively and removes it from availability for other clients.

• No date is reserved, held, or guaranteed without receipt of payment.

• Remaining balances are due prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Retainers

• All retainers are non-refundable, as they secure exclusive availability and block other opportunities.

• Cancellations made after booking confirmation may result in additional fees depending on preparation, planning, and scheduled services already committed.

• If NXT ENTERTAINMENT is unable to fulfill a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made or be offered a rescheduled date where possible.

• Completed services are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Client Experience Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless and elevated experience, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event details in advance

• Ensure timely access to the venue for setup and breakdown

• Provide safe, stable, and suitable working conditions

• Communicate any changes or special requirements promptly

NXT ENTERTAINMENT is not responsible for delays or disruptions resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client or venue restrictions.
6. Equipment, Venue & Environment

• We are not responsible for limitations imposed by venues, including power supply, access restrictions, or unsafe conditions.

• Outdoor performances require appropriate coverage and protection unless otherwise agreed.

• Any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue conditions, or external factors may result in additional charges.

7. Pricing & Service Structure

• Pricing is reflective of the performance level, equipment quality, and experience provided by NXT ENTERTAINMENT.

• All quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.

• Final pricing may adjust based on event scale, location, duration, and technical requirements.

8. Media & Brand Use
Unless explicitly declined in writing prior to the event, NXT ENTERTAINMENT reserves the right to capture and use event footage (audio, photo, or video) for branding, portfolio, and promotional purposes across digital platforms.
9. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to this website or its systems.
10. Limitation of Liability
NXT ENTERTAINMENT is not liable for:

• Event interruptions or cancellations beyond our control

• Venue-related failures or third-party service disruptions

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific booked service.
11. Amendments
NXT ENTERTAINMENT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page.
