Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy To secure your event date and services with NXT Entertainment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposit Amount A deposit of $100-$200 is required to confirm your booking. The exact amount will be outlined in your invoice. Booking Confirmation Your event date is not reserved until the deposit has been received. Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-Refundable Policy All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and compensate for potential lost bookings. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new date subject to availability and with at least 14 days’ notice. Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment Methods We accept payments via e-transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
