Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 21, 2026
1. Overview
At NXT ENTERTAINMENT, each booking is secured through dedicated time, planning, preparation, and exclusive date reservation. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments are and are not refundable.
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the terms below.
2. Retainers / Deposits

• All retainers (deposits) are strictly non-refundable.

• The retainer secures your event date exclusively and prevents the acceptance of other bookings for that time.

• Once a date is reserved, it is considered unavailable to other clients.

3. Cancellations by Client

• If a client cancels a booking for any reason, the retainer will not be refunded.

• Cancellations made close to the event date may also be subject to additional charges depending on preparation already completed, including setup planning, communication, and reserved time.

• Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in cancellation of services without refund of any amounts already paid.

4. Rescheduling

• One reschedule request may be accommodated, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling must be requested in advance and is not guaranteed, especially during peak dates (weddings, holidays, weekends).

• Additional fees may apply depending on date changes or seasonal demand.

5. Cancellations by NXT ENTERTAINMENT
In the unlikely event that NXT ENTERTAINMENT must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency, or technical failure), the client will receive:

• A full refund of all payments made OR

• The option to reschedule at a mutually agreed date

We will always aim to ensure fairness and continuity of service.
6. Completed Services

• Once a service has been fully delivered, all payments are final and non-refundable.

• This includes partial event completion due to client or venue-related issues outside of our control.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund considerations outside of this policy are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of NXT ENTERTAINMENT.
